NBS is an independent TPA — we don't sell insurance or investments and we don't pay commissions. Advisors retain their existing relationships with carriers, recordkeepers, and investment providers. We work alongside whichever partners your client has chosen, providing administration, compliance, and participant support.
Most health & welfare and standard retirement proposals come back in a few business days. Complex retirement designs (Cash Balance, MEP/PEP, ESOP) can take a bit longer because they involve actuarial work. Submit specs through our proposal request form and we'll confirm a turnaround timeline.
Yes. As an independent TPA we partner with all major recordkeepers, custodians, and insurance carriers. If your client already has a relationship in place, we plug into it. If they don't, we'll help recommend a fit based on plan size and design.
