About this plan

A Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) lets employees pay for eligible dependent care expenses — childcare, after-school programs, elder care — with pre-tax dollars under IRS Section 129. NBS administers DCAPs end-to-end, including the written plan document, non-discrimination testing, and claims reimbursement.
