About this plan

A Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) allows small employers (fewer than 50 full-time employees) who don't offer a group health plan to reimburse employees tax-free for individual health insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses. NBS administers QSEHRAs with plan document preparation, eligibility tracking, and claims processing.
