An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (IC-HRA) allows employers of any size to reimburse employees tax-free for individual health insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses. Unlike traditional group health plans, IC-HRAs let employers define their contribution while employees choose their own coverage. NBS administers IC-HRAs with full compliance support.
