Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) are employer-funded accounts that reimburse employees for wellness, fitness, personal development, and other lifestyle expenses defined by the employer. While not governed by ERISA or the IRC, NBS provides full administration including enrollment, claims processing, and reporting.

Lifestyle Spending Accounts let you differentiate your benefits package with spending categories that matter to your workforce — fitness, education, wellness, and more. NBS administers the program so you define the benefit and we handle the rest.
For Participants
Your employer provides a Lifestyle Spending Account for wellness and personal development expenses. Submit eligible receipts through the NBS portal and get reimbursed for the things that improve your quality of life.
